Problem track editor

Well then here is already first I have several problem of track
1-once the way to the end, once I send the person does not see it
2-I want to add texture on the way its walking and on the other no (I explain)
I have 2 track file (blanck) differing Evidently in one I can change / added texture (decal) but no (status / object)
And the other I can add some status objects and no decal ...
That's his problem!
