Heightmap map calculation help

Does anyone that makes tracks help me out with figuring out the height calculations for notepad++? I tried watching a video of how to do it but i cant figure it out. Thanks!

I'm assuming you're watching the tutorial I made? What part are you stuck on? I admit, I didn't really show or explain the math part very well.

Like what to calculate the math correctly and makin sure i have my tracks height map accurate
