my statues keep getting reset

I'm creating a track and i move the statues around and save it. Then when i close sim and reopen the track they are in the place they started in. I also tried to add a new statue and it didn't apear in game.
These are the files i have in the statues folder for the bale
gp.bale.shp
gp.bale.hay_spec
gp.bale.hay_norm
gp.bale.hay
gp.bale.3.jm
gp.bale.2.jm
gp.bale.1.jm
And these are the files i have in notepad ++ in statues file
[650.162476 0.000000 733.176941] -0.475009 @Tristan new/statue/gp.bale.1.jm @Tristan new/statue/gp.bale.hay.png @Tristan new/statue/gp.bale.shp

Do you have a empty last line in file?

i got my statues to move but i deleted the stock ones and tried to add a bale but the stock ones are still there and the new bale isn't in the game

Spaces in the track folder name will not work.
