I need Recommendations for Friction settings

Hi, I am making a track and I am doing it off of Florida's climate and environment.
-I want to have a sand that is pretty soft and loose. Also Idk if these settings have anything to do with how the track erodes but if it does i want it to erode pretty good.
-also I want a pretty hard and grippy clay (for like fast straights)
- Then I want a pretty medium dirt that will be a good mix of grippy and loose. and also be able to be torn through pretty easily.
Any help or advice would be helpful. even if you tell me what the different settings do.
