Need help with making an enviroment on my track
I am making a track and I need help with the decals/environment stuff. I downloaded a blank track and started building from there. There are I few things I need to finish like the roughness of the track and add a few more hills. But my main thing is that I need to put decals on the track and other things such as statues, billboards, tilemap, etc. I do not know how to do anything but build a track because I would make stuff on the stock tracks so that's the only thing I do know. If anybody could show me how to put in the decals, billboards, and statues in (and get rid of them), and also show me how to change the track name, and make a link and those other things to releasing a track, I would very much appreciate it.
