Timing gates dont show up

Hi, i am almost done with my first track in mxs, i just need to add timing gates to the Track. But when im in the editor and try to add timing gates with the timing gates tool they dont show up.

Look further down, they are below the track for a bit I think.

You have to run a few laps till you finished the Laps you put.
