looking for a banner/fence with a collision file

having some serious trouble finding a banner of some sort with a collision file, a fence would be okay to but preferably a banner. let me know if you have any ideas or know where i could find a banner with a colision file.

also if you have the skills to make a .shp file for the specific banner I'm using I would be willing to compensate you for your work.
