Tips on how to make a Offroad race/ hare and hound or baja style track

Looking for tips and tricks of previous renditions of a desert offroad race "track". I've had this idea to make a hare and hound race series or a Baja race to do just can't seem to figure out the best way to build the track (making accurate desert whoops). if someone has an idea of how to or wants to help Pm me and we will get working on it thank you.
