sky shot & and hight map imported // Help $

need a sky shot imagery imported as the floor base decal and if possible a hight map for it that fits the game well.. any takers

i can basicaly do most of the track editing. just need that sky shot image of the track and if you know how to do a hight map that be cool... cant seem to find any valid way that seems reasonable anymore cause they dont seem to work for me
