You can find the qualifying servers on the main race page:
http://racing.simraces.com/MXS/SpecificRace?Race_ID=182
The number at the end is the port and should have a colon in it like the following - simraces.com:19811

its written in bold on the page Nate linked, however the race server is
simraces.com:19800

The race server opens 30 minutes prior to race time.

Race starts in 50 minutes. Race server simraces.com:19800 will open in 20 minutes.
