Can you put the spec and jm files in there or make the bike so you have it and not just the cutout and this is not a bike it's a template/cutout it needs to be under "Models and Skins editing"

To your point - he can't release the entire bike because it is not a free model. Since I don't have that model I haven't tested this, but I'm assuming it's just a cutout that can be placed on the Honda that Mason made, assuming you purchased the model and thus already have the bike.
