It probably exists in Tyler's release files, but I find that a 1x1 black square at low opacity works about as well as anything else.

why wont this load in game for me? i named everything properly (just added my gear name to the end of the psd name), am i missing something?

Make sure that you have the hierarchy correct in the file name. You may have forgotten a hyphen.
