so i opened it with photoshop and then put my name and number on it then saved it as a .png and named it rider_body-Seven Red White but when i load it in game it is all mashed up and nothing is where it is supposed to be but its all there

You sure you named it correctly to the jm. My jm was rider_body- SEVEN MX

Png being rider_body- SEVEN MX-Pogo rival 124

So do i take the jm file and name is (rider_body-Rhodes857.jm) then the png's name them the same or what?

I am new to skinning gear. How do you change the gear color in the psd from the red and yellow?

1) Open file
2) Click gear folder
3) Click SEVEN MX folder
4) Uncheck visibility on Red/Yellow colorway (eye button beside it)
5) Check visibility on the colorway you want (grey button beside it, click it to make it an eye)

Thing is though. I know all that but when I do click this is what it looks like http://imgur.com/LFXCifG , If I click on the color boots I want however it will change on the PSD. I am using GIMP btw

I have alwasy had problems with GIMP. PS has a really good deal. For $10 a month, you can get PS CC. It isn't the best, but 100 times better than Gimp, or you can do what a lot of us did, and that is buy it. Right guys? We all are very honest and all spent $700 on PS....
