do i need new jms? if so can someone help me find them i looked everywhere and still cant find them i had jms for no brace and turned the atlas brace off in photoshop and this neckbrace still keeps showing up

alright i downloaded it and put the NO BRACE jms in the gear folder but the random neck brace still keeps showing up and boblob or how ever u spell it said that the first person jms r the no brace jms i highlighted where he said it
and here is how i saved everything

i dont know what is wrong if u could help i would appreciate it
