I have drag the winrar file in to the personal folder. Do I need to do something more because it doesn't work. I had another replacement from 2018 but i deleted it from my personal folder. But it doesn't work. Do I need to extract the file or what!?

Yes thats the whole point of a winrar file

this doesn't seem to work for me, I tried putting it in my normal sim folder and my personal sim folder. I know this is 4 years later, but can you still try and help?

put it in the root folder

example: C:\Program Files (x86)\MX Simulator

I try and put this in my folder, both my sim folder and personal and it wont work whatsoever.
