Id actually say they are pretty even, but maybe not very worthy of selling quite yet tho..

Things i would say you could improve is
1. Colors, maybe not use as dark black as it looks kinda wierd with shading.
2. Norms, try figuring out a good Black/White setting to use for seems and bumps heightmap and also if you dont already use this website its a really easy website that does the work for you when you input a heightmap into it. ( Click Here )
3. There is always different ways to improve the designs, understanding the uv so how it will translate from the psd onto the model and also just general improvements on your photoshop skills as it will come with time and practise.

It could also use a little better spec to not make it that shiny leather look on some places.

Also a little higher quality screenshot to show your work off would help out the interest of it and a pretty easy task since there is some good guys in this community doing these screenshots for very cheap and even some of them free,
some of my favourites is Matt Model ( JaboiMatt#9339 | Forum Account ) and Tim Althaus ( timalthaus#9999 | Forum Account ) as they do these jobs real quick with high quality!
