Not bad.
However, considering there isn't any stitching and it's your first release, definitely not worth $10 for the PSD.
There is much better content out there, for free releases. Wait a while until you start charging people for stuff, and learn stitching.

For you carl, the gear isnt really finished.. you are missing a couple monster logos and you can work on some shapes and stuff to make it all look smoother. also you made something weird with the thing that tightens the pants.
