He thought the helmet came with skins because that is at it shows in the pictures, but if you download the saf it shows that there is only blank colored helmets in there, then Quinten gave him the skins, paid me for them, so he basically got them for free. I ended up not taking the money from Quinten because he has done enough for Team Nami and for me personally so he really did get the skins for free along with it.

That is how I took it at least, but it was sent out to his friends immediately after receiving the download link, so it was scummy on his side no doubt.
