So I recently made this purchase and he didn't describe in detail what all you get and i asked very nicely if i could get a refund and he said no. Yesterday he made a post describing that he wasn't gonna give people refunds for the people that made the purchase (1-25-21) and I dm'd him on discord last night asking if i could get the refund and now he wants to block me and be a total dush bag about it.

I think you forgot to mention you purchased the model, sent it to Talan Zollers and another individual to whom I don't know the name to. After confronting me about it not coming with any skins that I don't own the rights to because it was made by another individual, I took it upon myself to add the cutouts to the .PSD for you because you apparently couldn't figure it out. I even bought the skins from Darius and put them on the .PSD as a courtesy for the inconvenience. When you pay for a bike model in this game, you don't pay for the skins you pay for the model, right? Oh, and did I forget to mention the chargeback you placed? So now I have 3 individuals who paid now zero for a model that others paid for to own. Individuals like yourself are the sole reason why modelers like myself are leaving this community. Not only did you issue a chargeback, you sent it to other people.

You lost your chance for a refund when you sent the model to your friends.

you have already gotten the things you payed for, not only that but also sent it to other people without paying extra for them people.
a refund would mean that you give back the thing you have paid for in exchange for the money back, simple.
for example if you buy a car, but dont like it so you want your money back. then the company would get the car back and you get your money back, not you getting money back but getting to keep the car.
but thats not how it works with online content like this, even if you would give it back and say you have deleted it there is no way for quinten to make sure you and your friends dont have access to the model. also asking for a refund would mean asking to give your permissions to use the model back, not gaining access to the helmet for free by getting your money back.

nice way to make sure no1 will ever sell something to you and your friends, yeah right you're not only screwing urself over you're taking your friends with you. Think about what you do next time.
