Decals are so bad you cant even see the ruts or breaking bumps. 67 timing gates may be a little overkill. You go off track once when you get sketchy and miss 5 timing gates. Some of the ruts make absolutely no sense. Ruts are like C class riders during first practice at a quad qualifier with blind goggles. They are way to close to each other for sim. I feel like you just have to creep everywhere just to not fall. The realism to fun factor scale is way to far towards realistic. Just my 2 cents. Thank you rF for making these tracks and running the races.
How to write this post without sounding like an ass... aka, the proper way to give constructive criticism.

This track isn't my favorite. I don't like the inconsistency of the braking bumps, one lap you are fine and the next hitting them seemingly the same you crash. The ruts could be defined in the decals better as could the bumps.

It's a shame people cut so much that you had to place 67 timing gates... a bit overkill, but I understand why. Just scary getting sketchy as you may miss a LOT of gates.

I wish the ruts were more spread out so you didn't have to creep around so much to not fall.

I feel the track is very realistic, and I'd rather see it slope towards the "fun factor" side of things a bit more.

With that being said, I appreciate your hard work building the track and running the races and hope to see if my suggestions make it in next year's update.

I got 52 seconds of cuts in my qualifying session. Makes more sense How earing about the timing gate thing. I think the track is great. Hard but fun. Hopefully i don't suck tomorrow :)

The tips of all the bumps are bleached, like the 90s all over again! IDK how people still cant see them, possibly using different graphics versions or settings? We have gotten this comment a number of times on tracks this year and I thought we had a good solution just curious why it is not working out that well for everyone.

To be honest I didn't really care about how the track rode. I cared more about you guys getting an accurate layout for this year and I must say. WELL DONE! In previous years redbud has changed so much that it seems like the track makers couldn't keep up and the track was completely different in about a million different sections of the track. From What I can see this years is WAY closer to the real thing! I do like the rest of the aspects of the track though as well. :D

I can barely see the rut in the sand corner before the rollers. Maybe a better decal or make it a little bigger plox

While you can sit still and see the bumps relatively well, the shadows just haven't had deep enough contrast on certain tracks this year. For example, you can sit still and see bumps here, but there is hardly enough contrast in the shading to see what is going on once you're moving, especially in the tree shadows.

This is a shot of me running the medium res track at 256x256 tex res on 9 texture detail with Shaders/Direct with my usual FOV settings in third person.

This is a video of me running the same settings with 115 FOV in first person, and even though the video quality isn't quite what I see when riding, it's pretty easy to agree that you don't see any bumps until they're right up in your face. While you get used to your main lines if you run a lot of laps like most of us do, I don't personally think this is an issue we should have to deal with; a common problem that never seems to be resolved, and while I don't want to come off as demanding, it doesn't seem like it would be all that big an operation to fix it.

The track is alright, and it's an incredible improvement over last year's as far as I'm concerned, but most of what Fro said is spot on. When two riders who consistently finish in the top 15 in the 450 class both are over 50 seconds of cuts in 7 laps during a qualifying session, I think it's a little extreme, but I guess we'll see what happens come race time.

Only thing that bothers me is that the "scrub jump" and finish line table are so underscaled
