My awesome team mate, Riley, was able to do it. Not sure how, but he did it.

This track has that rough outdoor feeling. I personally have ridden IRL 2 national tracks, milville and thunder valley. This track has the most realistic feel to those as far as a second moto on race day imo. Love it, thank you so much.
Love the width of it as well.

Great work Hagg! IMO it rides better than Hangtown as the ruts seem smoother and easier to ride. Thanks for these awesome tracks man!

No, we didnt save the demo.
Go way to the left, and pre-load the crap outta it.
Re: Freestone 2011
Track is definitely good but the fact that there are 37 bales in the whoop section alone bothers me. Especially when they are like hitting concrete. Maybe I just suck but hitting bales is the most frustrating thing ever.

what should it be like hitting? bag of feathers? i mean, you shouldnt be able to plow right through them. if you hit one IRL, youre going to go down. dont cut so close to the edge. i felt like the corner ones were placed much better this time around. you could actually use the inside ruts.rmitch524 wrote:Especially when they are like hitting concrete. .

Re: Freestone 2011
I agree that hitting bales can be pretty frustrating, but I think they're unfortunately a necessity. There are too many people who will take advantage of every inch they can cut the track, and you just can't put enough timing gates to catch it all. For fairness, they have to be there, at least for qualifying which can't really be watched over like the races can. I hate tracks online that have a lot of cheater lines that aren't caught by the gates, Voutare's Freestone was one of the worst for that (although I did really like the track, just annoying when people can cheat online).

Re: Freestone 2011
yah I also agree, I think they would be a lot better if they were maybe a few feet farther from the track. no telling how many fast laps have been ruined by hitting the last few bales in the whoops trying to triple out to the inside . But other than the bales its probably my favorite track and i usually dont like nationals. The ruts are really good, much better than Hangtown in my opinion, and also I like the bumps. This week looks like it is really going to help to have some good suspension!!Joe wrote:I have to agree +1rmitch524 wrote:Track is definitely good but the fact that there are 37 bales in the whoop section alone bothers me. Re: Freestone 2011
I havent had any problems with hitting the bales on this track yet, but i do agree, i like how tuff blocks on SX tracks are soft and you can ride through. These are Hay Bales. ~3x2x2ft Tied tight rectangles of hay, they are pretty damn hard and i always hated them but the fact that they are hard is pretty damn realistic.barrington314 wrote:what should it be like hitting? bag of feathers? i mean, you shouldnt be able to plow right through them. if you hit one IRL, youre going to go down. dont cut so close to the edge. i felt like the corner ones were placed much better this time around. you could actually use the inside ruts.rmitch524 wrote:Especially when they are like hitting concrete. .

Re: Freestone 2011
the bales are there in real life. and i doubt you can ride through them as well as you can in this game. give it a try once. if its not one thing, its another. wheres brina to bitch about the color of the track?
