I believe all the tracks read the files from this round. I'm not sure though.

Huh, I've got all 4 rounds installed, and even round 1 won't work correctly.

Do you install them to a sub folder?

That is correct. If the track is in a SAF file, you can install to a sub folder. If it is a loose folder it needs to be in the root directory.
