Just posting a new download link for this, since everyone is having so much trouble.
DELETE THE WHOLE 2012.rf.motosport.national.rd4.highpoint folder and install this one.

I think that this is the same link as what was in checker's thread just Wheel's download link has the new timing gates. (Already)
