If I am not mistaken but Mission Valley was originally a track created during REV beta stages, but was finished for MXS instead of MVA.

If he was making things MVA but ended up porting them to MXS under THQ he could've gotten in major heat. Misson Valley was made in his early stages of MXS and he was still working with Alive then but, it was never meant for THQ. From a few xFire chats I'm pretty sure he had MXS installed on his work PC though.

Mission Valley was originally created for MVA Unleashed PC version. At least the base. It was one of the tracks I know they used A LOT during the REV creation process for testing, but never saw an MVA release, just beta sessions out the ass. It was actually a track I started between my first interviews at THQ and actually starting the job to learn to build better nationals using Photoshop. From there, I brought it into MXS and pretty much rebuilt it using the same base and a bit of the layout. The XFIRE posse helped me learn the process of making tracks for MXS. I was still at THQ when it was released, and I don't think I ever even loaded it into Reflex or Alive, though I did load some of my other MXS stuff in and some of my MVA stuff into MXS too.
