On the topic of the track, I feel that the normal maps are too extreme, but it rides well and is quite fun. And I understand that you 2 had an agreement but it is his track and he has the right to do with it what he wants. Now if you payed for this, then you are rather stupid for buying a track. It takes maybe 15 solid hours in editor to understand how to design a decent track and if you still suck, then ask in the track editing forums with what you'd like and someone like me or other bored track makers will make it, no need to pay.

I could care less, i just think he should have had the decency to tell me being that i made him stuff for it, and he never sent me the final version... i would have told him he coulde have anyway, i just think he shouldve had the decency to ask if i cared.
