I like this idea. Now this would require cutting grass and digging up some lawn somewhere. But is it possible to make a track carved in the grass and built on a lawn so it's not all just dirt landscape in game? This is really cool by the way. With I had all the equipment.

This looks awesome. The only complaint I have is the traction here feels quite off but I do love the terrain.

This is very cool and I bet you had fun doing it. I want to try this but build a scale replica sx track. But I dont have a sand box.

Hopefully our suggestions make this one a smooth release. Can't wait for the next one.

Not to get side tracked or anything, but could you use your camera to take a bunch of photos of a bike and then have your 3D program model of the bike?

Really confused on how that program works, haha.

Yes. Benji posted about using something similar to get a good 3d reference to work from on some boots. These are of course not game ready models.

The technology is relatively new but it will be getting better and better.

They'd just be too high poly, I'd imagine?

Yes, and the result will look like shit. A dirt bike has way to much details, like hoses, and 3D scan programs arent able to catch such details. And the result would be realy high poly, (My second track had about 10 million polygons after scanning).
3D scanning works best for environments, but not for complex technical objects.
