My buddy justin harper has been waiting to get unbanned for this race and was wondering if you guys could by chance unban him? he was supposed to be unbanned at of 1/16

Literally what are these berms? What is with the "hump" or how its not even really a bowl in some of the corners. (good example, The one after going across the track)
