Re: Southwick Smooth
Got to run a couple motos on this in 05 this afternoon and was thrilled. I hear you put a lot of work into the tileinfo to get the ruts to form the way they do. Whatever you did is better than I could have imagined in such a short time. It actually feels like riding in sand now, and everything seems to form in a more natural smooth way than the stock erode settings. The way the ruts and bumps form and evolve lap after lap brings a whole new level of realism to the game. It really is a game changer.
Excited to experiment with this, and see what developments can come about on more typical dirt/loam tracks.

Re: Southwick Smooth
This was awesome! Actually felt like i was sand riding. Most fun i have had in sim in a very long time and i was actually decently fast! only downside... RIP to my computer, did not enjoy erode at all even on low settings. Hope Unadilla works just as good.

Re: Southwick Smooth
Right!? Idk if its a placebo effect or what but it feels like the bike is more planted and/or riding THROUGH the sand instead of on top. So cool.Bdodge81 wrote:This was awesome! Actually felt like i was sand riding.
Re: Southwick Smooth
I agree, i could actually charge the corners which i couldn't on the normal version (probably due to lack of skill haha). I live in the New England area and do a ton of sand riding irl and this felt like it imobarrington314 wrote:Right!?
