"Prepped" version - aka "Smoothed" for online Erode use

Track originally released last off-season, with roughness and 99% of ruts removed. Erode settings are intended to form more narrow, sharp-edge ruts, but without being able to fully test with other players, that's just a guess based on me running laps in single player.

Let me know if there are issues.

Update:

MXGP Charlotte (Prepped V2) DOWNLOAD HERE

While I got the smaller ruts I was going for in V1, I felt the track became overly difficult to ride with significant terrain deformation (i.e., high erode setting or large number of riders on track at once). So, this is a test to widen the radius a bit and see what happens.

Reminder, you will need the 2016 EMF MXSGP object pack.
