When I set lakewood in my server it disconnects because the track doesn't match.. how is that possible? I have the track and I ave the updated object pack

Trackinfo with the track download is no good. Go in and re-save track info and you'll be good.

I do enjoy when mediafire is tweaking and only lets you download at 50kb/s
