Been pumpin these tracks out lately, this one has a slightly larger scale than Atlanta, should be faster.

Once again, not an EXACT replica by any means, but I tried to follow the track map the best I could. Also, I still suck at screenshots.

Decals don't work on this or Atlanta for me. Not sure why, I have the tracks you've said I need

No, it turns out it's 2018 Atlanta, not Tampa like in the original post.

You need both, sorry for the misunderstanding.
You need tampa for the over-under bridge and atlanta for decals.
