im doing it in about 10:30 at the moment, but a lot faster is definately possible.

first run i got an 11:50 sickk trackk

im down to 8:30 so far, still cutting large chunks of time off with every lap.

I also think this is one of my personal favorites, because of the huge variety of riding terrain...really helps you work on the stability..especially since I was running at 8 stability.
