Are you using your cpu to stream? This could be making the pre-existing lag problem worse.

no its pushed on my gpu. When I steam my CPU is at about 9% used during my stream

For future rounds I'd recommend not streaming just so you know you are doing everything in your power not to lag

Any time you are stuttering, try using the commands provided by jlv and reporting your findings

Also, recording demos causes performance dips. Another thing to check if you haven't already.

Zoa id also try going down to 9 on your "Ground Texture Levels" and "Model Texture Detail" i bet you'll see an improvement in fps

So I know its not just me and multiple people I know. There is an issue with the Hangtown track that isnt allowing me and a few people to join any of the servers. I deleted and redownloaded the track and object pack. Have tried joining both with and without the timing gate patch. If anyone has fixed their issue please respond.
