After watching some GoPro helmet cam footage of the actual event, I am even more impressed by this track. Even though there were some minor changes for 2011, this track seems to really have the feel of Hangtown.

I am only like the 60th fastest guy at this track, and most others, so I am sure there are better suspension setups out there, but for me this is what really helped a lot:
Forks are a little softer than stock (preload 45, comp. damping 40, rebound damping 60, spring rate 50, oil level 25 [this never changes})
Shock is nearly as soft as possible (preload 40, comp. damping 5, rebound damping 95, spring rate 10)
So it's real soft and a little bit of a chopper but still can cut real sharp turns. I think I've got a kick-ass setup, but I wasn't born with golden thumbs of lightning like some ppl on here.

It's funny as when I'm on 01 and this track loads some peeps start complaining...I just grin as you've got to be on your toes to get around this track. One of my all time favorites cuz it's bumpy and rough like it should be and lines are very
important here. LOVE IT !!!! I know I'm nuts cuz I also love St. Jean mxon track a lot too and wish they'd put that on 01 instead of the one running now............
