The 250f is all ready to ride! Greased linkage, changed clutch plates, new tires, new cables, and cleaned it up!
Stock 09 Graphics and backgrounds to match my YZ250 are on their way!

Its starting to look like a bike!!!

Carb restored. New clear vent lines installed.

Very Rare 99+ Noleen Pipe! I bought new OEM hangers as well.

CRF450 Front brake caliper. Braided Line.

Look, the bearings are out! Brought them to a local Kawi Dealer, service guy has a Yz250 himself, he wound up getting the bearings out for free for me! Cool as!

My bench grinder lol.

Holy shit! Bearings with grease?? Wow, so that's what they are supposed to look like.

I'm so anal about this rebuild that I'm even restoring the look of all the bolts lol.... cleaned on right, old on left.

Linkage finally installed! YAY.

Check out how fricken sexy this frame and subframe looks.

New 52 Tooth rear sprocket.

Exhaust completely installed

Went to bleed the brakes today as well, the rear one bled perfectly. The front one did not. I'm pretty sure the MC is shot. I primed the line and had fluid coming out of the bleeder valve on the caliper. Then i bolted the line to the MC and pumped the brakes a million times and it would not build pressure. I'm going to have to order a MC rebuild kit. Kinda weird because it was working fine when I took it off.... or was it? Maybe that's why my brake was so mushy.

This spring's first ride. Let me tell you, 250 2-t, summer tires and muddy+icy enduro trail makes for interesting riding.
Also, I need to start training my arms. Pushing the bike up slippery hills is exhausting!
