3d animation/renders

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

testing out some lightning effects in blender, and got a armature working on the guy. thinking of making a storyboard like this for a shortfilm i'm about to make. not that much time put into it, anyone got a good setup for the sunray effect? not digging the results off it.

Here is one of my first projects on blender. First I decided to make some random empty cocktail glass. Then I watched some tutorials and it ended up like this, a three days project.. As usually when I'm only testing something new.
Well at least I learned how to use particles and that's great :)

Nice, i love my gun porn as everyone knows hahaha. Was oringally thinking that was a preban Colt AR-15 H-Bar, looking at the carry handle. But looks like your just doing a 6700 aka m16a4. Make sure you reference a COLT, everything else is just a copy.

Did not actually look at the pic before I posted... Those tabs for the strap should be perpendicular to the gun, they do not rotate, also the front one is mounted on the part of the iron sight I circled in red in THIS picture. Also HERE is a really good reference picture to get the tabs right.
