Ahh, we wrote a "twenty questions" game like this in one of my Java classes. Basically, once you defeat the guesser, he asks you to type in what you were thinking. Then your answer is added to the game. The one we wrote was based on a binary tree, which meant that if you played the game enough, the computer would essentially "learn" enough things to never be wrong. With a binary tree, there would be two nodes stemming from each node, meaning that potentially, if the entire tree was filled up to 20 questions, you'd have 2^20 answers saved in the system. 2^20 = 1,048,576 answers. My guess is that someone beat the game with MC Ride, so now the game knows.

I'm not totally sure how it deals with the "don't know", "probably", and "probably not", as our method wouldn't work quite as well in that case.

GO try Trey Canard and see if the game gets it right.

That's 9.79 races a day, every day, for 2 years straight. At 10 minutes a race that's 1191 hours of play time. With numbers like that he damn well better be the fastest guy to play the game.
