Apparently he did. Anyone wanting to cover their own ass would say it was an accident but come one...really? I wouldn't expect him to man up about it as he obviously acted like a child to begin with. Not only was it unprofessional and childish but it was dangerous. In Mikes defense though, I don't see a difference between what he did and multiple riders have done and gotten away with in the past. The AMA needs to be more consistent if they're gonna start penalizing.
