I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

A lot of motorcycle engines have recessed spark plugs like that.... its not a big deal, just get a long extension

Oh I know. Mines like that too. It just looks like theres a lot of crap around it. Well it's not crap but you know what I mean.

Well if you're you are looking for a deal on a Yamaha 2-stroke look for those leftover 07's, 08's, and 09's you can really grab a great deal since the 2010 is the same with a new $400 graphics kit yay :D However i do think the 2010 YZ450F and 250f will sell a lot because yamaha changed a lot on both bikes. Dealers around here are having trouble getting rid of 09's wonder how the 10's will fair dust collectors as well?

I saw Rock River had '09 450's from $3,950. '09 250 2t's were $4,500.

I like the new Yamaha styling. We'll have to wait and see how it runs and works. I really like how these companies are starting to think outside the box. It's a great time to be a dirt bike rider. :)

I wonder hope much $$$ they spent on the R&D for the new 4 strokes i cant believe they did such a bold thing in times like these. Man $3,950 for a 450? Here its $5,401 for a 2008 YZ450F (red, white) and $4,012 for a 2008 YZ125. Man everyone has cheaper bikes than me :( (Except the Europeans they get ripped off majorly we could buy 2 bikes for the price of one of theirs)

I'm starting to think i should have waited another year before getting a new 450. :( lol

And quit whining about the price. It's 7,999 msrp. Probably around $9200 after set up and all that. Same as my bike was when I got it last December. In this economy you could probably get it OTD for msrp or a little less. My 450 OTD was $8200 but only cause I bought it on my way home from riding and was tired and didn't feeling like negotiating the price down any farther. You can get a new 450 for that price for about $160 a month for 4 years. I chose the 3 year option. It's not too bad of a price to pay i don't think. I know people that spend more than that on shoes every month.

Some of use arent rich like you KTM owners we have other stuff to pay for i can see if the only hobby you have is motocross then you should easily be able to afford it. I could buy one right now but i ride the same bike for 15 years.

Just because i have a KTM doesn't make me rich. I sold my 250 and saved for 6 months to get the down payment for that bike. I work at Starbucks. I don't make shit.
Still saving for that supermoto set-up for my bike. :|

I am on the same boat as ADHK... the whole innovation idea behind it is awesome, and the new engine/chassis designs are gnarly, but it all around just looks like... yuck. The body stylings could be WAY better for how much hype they put on this AND the 250F for that matter.

Man i am truly in love with this bike. I already called my finance company to see if NADA had their prices for them yet (the credit union can only lend up to NADA price which is usually about a thousand more than the dealers around here ask so its good) Im gonna do everything I can to be the first person in the state with one. I can't wait! :D
