I love how you say "some pics to prove quads can't hang with the big boyz"- meanwhile I'm pretty sure there's no pics of a race between them, nor does it look like he's scaring away the guys on quads. They're sittin there chilling and watchin people ride. Just as you would..so don't say quads can't hang with dirtbikes...they can.
My banshee was faster than any dirtbike from 0-85. It was faster than my Subaru STi from 0-100. Granted my quad had a shitload of work done to it, but it could easily rip a track like a dirtbike could.

If you look closely, the pics I was talking about was the ones where they are just sitting there, if the camera would have turned around, you would have seen like 50 or 60 more, ALL 4 wheelers, the spot of the pic, we made a kick ass takeoff w/ plywood & griptape, with alot of sand underneath, into a downhill landing, hitting the ramp in 4th topped, no 4 wheeler was hitting it, we had guys on 250f's & 450f's that we didn't know wanting to hit the ramp...the place we were riding was in sand, and the only 4 wheeler that can keep up with us out there (in a drag race) are banshee or quadzillas that have extended swingarms, paddle tires, and running 110 octane or have nitrous, they have to have 2 of the 3 to have a close drag race...but not to say you aren't right, I've seen some quads hang & beat C class riders, but in my class, B, we just pass the quads & spray them with roost 'til they get off the track

Why you hating on quads? i always wanted a quad when i was lil, first time i rode it was at age 5, then it turned out to be motcross for the rest of my life.

Why is everybody on the quads nuts?? quads are for people who can't balance on 2 wheels...lol...I've just seen tons of people think that they can just hop on a quad & rip it & end up getting wadded up & thats why I don't like them

that does not look like a 4th tapped jump with a kick ass take off. because i see wheel tracks just under that guy and he is like 5 feet up. and im pretty sure that you didnt take that photo at the landing because you said it had a downhill landing.

sure a quad is easier to just ride around. but jumping and just plain riding one balls out takes some serious skill and a large ballsack. but ya exactly what u said everyone thinks there easy and hops on one trying to be cool and makes a fool of themselves
