Re: 2017 MXDN
wilson and anstie are on it, searle looked like he was struggling a little with flow on the 250 compared to mewse who was there also on the 250
Re: 2017 MXDN
On paper I'd say GB looks to be in the best shape. If France and Belguim were sending their "A team" then I wouldn't think USA has a great shot, but with replacements on both teams, I think its between those 4 + Netherlands.

Re: 2017 MXDN
Searle is defiantly are wildcard as him not racing for most of the year but then dropping back down to 250 again but this might of helped with having to get use to a new bike, but hopefully he can pull it altogether when it mattersMX|VISUALS wrote:wilson and anstie are on it, searle looked like he was struggling a little with flow on the 250 compared to mewse who was there also on the 250
Belguim is a weird one for sure as they aren't sending Desalle but lately Strijbos has been on it, so i don't think it will be easy to for GB to take a win..Ddavis wrote:On paper I'd say GB looks to be in the best shape. I also think that Bogers will be the one to let Netherlands down this year not really heard his name upfront unless it was a sand track.
My picks are
1.GB
2.BEL
3.FRA
4.NED
5.USA

USA is heavily underestimated. When Seely is feeling motivated he's able to run the pace of about anyone in the AMA series for the exception of maybe Roczen, Tomac, and Baggett. As for Covington, he's been winning Gps and although I don't expect him to win a moto, he's still fast and can podium if you ask me. It will be tough with guys like Herlings, Cairoli, Horebeek, Strojbos, Paulin, Febvre, and more, but it's possible. Plus rain will be a factor.
Hilly track with big jumps and biblical amounts of rain, lets get it going

I also think that the USA is heavily underestimated. Especially with every other team having to pull an outside top-10 rider in... Osborne will be winning a lot of points on his MX2 against MX1 machines and against his fellow MX2 riders.
Seely will be in the mix in every moto.
Covington depends how well he does on the 350/450 he's riding, but changing bikes for one day events has been proven successful in the past.

Re: 2017 MXDN
Dont count Charlier out for France, he rode same lap times as the tops GP riders, the only issues for him i think is the start, he might be struggling since he dont take a start since 1 year, except at the ISDE for the last MX stage

When you have 17 SX rounds of the same shit, mudders are great (unless its Vegas, that sucked).
For a race like the MXDN, we want perfect conditions. I don't believe in asterisks, but naturally there will be some involved in a mud race. We want to see dry conditions and let the best nation win.

It’s a toss up between USA, France, Netherlands, and GB anyways. Rain just makes it more exciting
Re: 2017 MXDN
This was a lucky one I guess. Could have gone worse

The dude that got jumped broke his wrist something ugly. The way his hand is when he runs off track is gross.

Is there some other picture of that than the video of the crash I linked?Pumaxcs wrote:The dude that got jumped broke his wrist something ugly. The way his hand is when he runs off track is gross.
