I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

you mean the 12v or 24v 5.9 cummins like these ? lets just round up to $4k

I wouldn't mine doing a doing one of those older cummins swap into my ford if i could find one, those inlines 6's are awesome no doubt with mpg and torque and the older ones are pretty cheap to mod all you need is a screwdriver hahah :) thats what i hear at least.

this is who the shop uses and also another local huge diesel place in phoenix uses.

^ i honesty think i might get these while im at it these are the one he has at his shop,id always go w reman over brand new ones because well there injectors and warranties and about a 1k savings.

i hear http://www.blackwaterengines.com/ does some pretty cool stuff too, ive found most of this stuff all out in about a days work of researching forums and the net.
I'm talking about a Brand new engine, all OEM. To get one from a performance shop or an engine wholesale shop is going to be cheaper, because they are built from cheaper parts than OEM (which are sometimes better, but most of the time OEM is the way to go for durability). To get one from Cummins itself, or dodge, its going to put a pretty big whole in your wallet. The 12v and early 24v are much cheaper than the CommonRail 24v because they don't use nearly as much electronics. I'd cummins swap your truck over getting a rebuilt 7.3 tbh. You will get a more reliable engine, more torque at lower RPM, bigger modding community, and better fuel economy. You might need to stiffen up the front end a bit though, The cummins is a cast iron anchor.

Pulled the axle off the Ranger. The new axle has a larger diameter housing, so the old U bolts aren't going to work. Had to order them from a machine shop cause theyre 14 inches long.

Last I checked I think they had some 18 inch monitors for like $80 or so. Glad I could help, and really glad to hear building it doesn't worry you. I was afraid after I did that because I didn't even think to ask if you could build one or not. Building PC's is pretty fun for me, nerd enough, so I had some time to kill. Hope he enjoys it.
Found one for $90 that seems pretty decent. Yeah not really worried at all. Thanks for all the help!!

I agree. Atleast pan the camera around on the tripod.

Pretty pissed right now. The shipment that my bars are in are scheduled to arrive at the shop at 3:00 friday afternoon. GUESS WHERE I'LL BE AT 3:00 FRIDAY AFTERNOON!? 8 FUCKING HOURS FROM MY HOUSE!!! So me and my dad need to share a single set of bars for the entire weekend. I hope our classes are spaced out enough to be able to swap bars over every time we ride, or else it will be a shit show fersherrrrr.

Gnarlyparts.ca has about every bend for $75. They have $9 flat rate shipping and they're Really close to you. I've gotten parts from them on really short notice when I'm in a pinch, just phone them and tell them the deal and they can get it out the door same day. I've been impressed with them for the most part

For the first time in my life yesterday I watched a Nascar race start to finish. Think I'll stay as a so called "outcast American" and stick to watching F1. Hate saying things like this but, Nascar sucks... they show like 2laps then go to a commercial, back to a couple laps then a 2 minute sschpeel on a team, driver ect... over and over and over again. Boring Imo

Sure does. That was painfully boring. A song on top of random clips a video does not make. The shots and angles were good, but it just wasn't enjoyable.
