Real MX Pics

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

Here's some real bad quality pics of me on an organised trail event (something in the order of 500+ riders). These pics were the display pics from the photographers website, I would have bought the digital versions, but he was charging $50 bucks each!!! Anyway, here they are-

I was pretty damn buggered by this stage

Here's some more pics from a while ago-

Oh shit.

Dude, that's the nicest Subaru I've ever seen. :D

How much has everything on it set you back, anyway?

Haha thanks man, but I have a few friends whose Subies would destroy mine..I'm only getting 368hp at the wheels right now

As far as cost goes, I got a bunch of things from my friends wrecked STi (gauges, exhaust, boost controller, turbo timer, etc.), but I worked in a performance shop for 2 years, so I could order a bunch of parts at cost (aka- next to nothing lol).

I actually have 2 extra seats from my friend's STi, and my biggest project would be to see if it would be possible to mount them in the rear, even if we have to shorten the back of the seat a lot..it was just a thought.

Hmm. :/

Taking parts of wrecked cars. :/

When my brother wrecked his car, he got nothing out of it. The only things on it that he could take where his rims, everything else was either bent or destroyed beyond recognition.

Pretty bad wreck too. Got T-boned by a car going about 70 mph. Fatality too. :(

Yeah I remember you talking about that.

Nah my friend got t-boned right in the passenger side door, towards the front of the car, which pushed his axle wayyy out of whack. it was cheaper for him to get a new car than repair everything.
I've had his parts in for almost a year now, and they're all perfect. I made sure to only take what wasn't tweaked by the wreck.

The car was pretty beat up.

The passengers side door was smashed in to his shifter. :/ It was so far in that you couldn't get the car out of second gear. :/

Even the frame on it was bent.

My cousin said that if you looked down the edge of the car, the center had a bow in it about 10 inches. :/ Turned it into a boomerang.

Very nice subie you got there :) here's a video of my exhaust http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1uGQ4LE-xfc I'll be putting my new turbo and top mount in here shortly, still need to get the injectors. As for the anti-lag system, that will cause serious damage to your turbo unless you can afford to put in a new turbo every 15k miles. Where do you live by the way? I'm in a Subaru club out here in colorado and we have meets all the time. heres a picture of one.

and a really sexy bugeye that was there

Mittocs,

I live out on Long Island. I go to Bald Hill all the time, as well as out to the Hamptons to show it.
As for the anti-lag: I worked at a tuner shop for 2 years, so I get HUGE discounts on orders...that's how I'm affording the Stage IV kit. I still have my original turbo, and I'll keep this Stage II as a spare.

You running cats in your system? I'm currently running a Y-splitter which bypasses the cats and goes out a straightpipe.
