I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

He's disproving evolution, he's not stupid. Listen to him, he asked "how did we get here through evolution" at no point did the e.coli turn into humans, or anything but e.coli...so yeah, disproved evolution pretty quickly.

Stormz makes a good point. Out of everything that could have happened why are we the only intelligent forms of life that came out of evolution? Our capabilities are so much more than any other organism out there and why aren't other species evolving into organisms like us? I'm not saying I'm a creationist or an evolutionist. I believe in both sort of I guess, I mean evolution makes sense to me in some cases but in others I just don't see it probable or make any sense at all and the only way I can explain it is creation so I guess you can say I believe in both.

May I please refer you girls to this thread?

Nobody is going to change anyone else's mind about this stuff. Probably just best to debate it there. :)

I wouldn't say we are the only intelligent species on this planet at all actually. In my opinion (for what it matters) we only see ourselves that way because we cannot understand the way other species interact. Personally I'm an Atheist. Does that make me "Ignorant" or "Closed minded"? Depends how you look at it. I took the time to thoroughly decide whether or not I was going to be Atheist or of a religion. Since I was brought up in a family that didn't go to church, I got to make the decision on my own. I had been to church a few times, and I just wasn't feeling it. It didn't make sense to me, and since it didn't make sense to me, I decided that not having any religious beliefs was the only rational decision (for myself). Now, there's a strong stereotype that Atheists are stubborn, closed minded, rude, ignorant people. Just saying you're an Atheist makes people have a strong negative opinion on you. That being said, is it really the Atheists who are closed minded? Most of us couldn't give a shit what you're religion is, only that you are a good, respectable person. That's how I am. I don't discuss religion and unnecessarily defend Atheism. I only defend my views when I see the time is right (when a religious person starts putting Atheist down).

Religion starts wars, and America is religious. America starts wars. Without America there would be less war. Without religion there would be no war (or atleast there wouldn't for the same reasons). I believe that religion should not be allowed to be taught to anyone under the age of 12. By the age of 12 the human body has developed enough and the person has seen enough, thought enough, and heard enough to make the best possible decision for his/her life.

Nope. I asked them initially and they said they don't do coupon codes and instead try to keep prices for everyone as low as possible. Maybe just marketing speak, but they really do have great prices on many items.

We'll for one, phathry stated a remedy to post that discussion. Should have took his advice.

However I am Christian, and I believe kids are saved until they reach the age of accountability. Which is when he or she understands what Jesus did for us. Not hating on your belief. However IMO Schools should bring God back into schools. Just my personal. 02

Seriously I know I didn't help by posting this but should really either be dropped or continued in the thread Phathry suggested.
