MXS Twitter

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

^But technically, he wasn't resting as he kept getting woke up meaning that he was awake and pissed off(probably) instead of just resting. Anyway I'm going to try it as I'm strange like that

Well supposedly if you lay still for a extended period of time without moving you can enter sleep paralysis which is basically where you body goes to sleep but your brain is still active, this is how people claim to Lucid dream. Really though if you are tired, you will fall asleep eventually without your control.

Your brain goes into sleep mode to keep the natural circadian rhythms and to increase melatonin levels for a true, restorative sleep. If you wanna mess with that, be my guest.

I find it weird that when I listen to music while I'm sleeping I dont dream, but when I dont listen to music I do dream. You would think the music would increase dreaming, but I guess since its a distraction to your brain it takes away from the whole dream thing.

Random, I know.

No, he wasn't pissed off because he didnt realise it was happening. He gets up in the morning thinking he's had a full night of sleep but actually he hasn't.

Are you sure you have that right? I've read that sleep paralysis is a risk you run when lucid dreaming, not the way to induce it.

From what ive read is that sleep paralysis is what state your body goes into when you lucid dream, the risk is getting stuck in that state for an extended period of time (minutes to the full 8-10 hours of sleep). Thats what I got out of it anyway, wouldn't want mess with it either way.

Then how did he know he had the problem?

Southwick will be hosting the 2015 US GP (not official yet). But already 100% sure is that there will be an US GP.

I would think it would be Glen Helen as well, but I can't remember a time that Fredrik was wrong about something to do with the GPs.
