MXdN Predictions

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

Wait, let's look at the facts here. America won the last 8 MXoN's. Never mind, clearly we are the best.
wait, did you just finish 3rd? Shieeet.

The thing that bothers me is people underestimating euros. We all knew this track is different than any other track, yet you say "we are gonna win again, like always.Euros cant ride for shit." And phathry, you are one of those people

We have congratulated and respected that we have gotten beat this year. Its not easy to be a good loser after being expected to win like we have in the last 8 years. Now the rudeness comes out of all the Euro's after they win and they wonder why we are arrogant at times.

Congrats to the Germans on making history. Sucks for the US that we lost but consistency is key and you can't have that with crashes.
I don't win anything, my country was 25th...what are you talking about europeans??

I think that most of you need to be calm...and think about what the fuck you will talk about...

Honestly they should be glad we don't go over there for "World Championship".

Also saying which nation is best blah blah is bullshit. This was one race. Have to remember every cat has its day.

Where did I say Euro's can't ride for shit?

I'll admit all day long that I don't like Europeans as people, they smell, are weird as fuck, and last but not least, socialists. But that's got nothing to do with this.

The Herlings video is joke, a healthy ribbing if you will. But then again, the European sense of humor doesn't allow for ribbing, just really really gay man on man stuff... So I should have seen in advance you'd all take it the wrong way.

I suppose since today's racing is complete I could have worded that better. American has won 8 of the last 9 MXoN's. Better?

The Americans have won more than the Europeans combined in the last decade.

Did I get it right this time?

See right here is a perfect example. People such as you are why we are such assholes to the euro's. Wasn't

In general. Most of the euro's are the same , not all, but most. All of you make it a America vs Europeans (So do we) so that is how I refer to it as.

Nybrok is from Finland and pablius is from the netherlands? last I knew it was Germany that won. Yet, they still talk as if the "euro's" have won.

Every year in the weeks leading up to this they feel the need to degrade the US as much as possible, and say this year is the year they loose. Except most years they are wrong and come up with the same excuses, the size of their countries VS. ours, mechanicals, crashes, unions, federations, etc etc... Oh but when they win they will do everything to rub it in your faces, or make you "suck their nuts" I just don't get it, are you all just that Jealous?
You just described every sport/sporting event in the history of the world. That's how it works. You put the opposing team down as much as possible before the event and then if your team loses you try and come up with a bull shit excuse because in your eyes your team is still the best. If they win however then you make as much noise as possible making sure the other teams fans know that you won and that they're shit and you ridicule them for trying to come up with some bullshit excuse. Yes it's hypocritical but no one cares, or at least the winning teams fans dont care so it will carry on for ever and ever so long as one team always wins the event. It happens in every sport, European football is probably the worst though. In the case of the MXoN, america has won it so many times that every non american just wants them to lose and so when they do everyone gets really excited.

I dont think I've ever been a bigger fan of team Germany than today though  Team europe basically just won in my eyes, and all the other non-german europeans eyes too!

Here I am an American. I think that there was a pretty even level of back and forth on both sides of the pond to be quite honest and I saw and heard a lot of people who said America would destroy, Europe had no chance whether they were American or not. I thought that the outpouring of opinions turned more in the direction of Europe had no chance against America versus the point being brought up that ALL of Europe was saying the Americans had no chance against them. Really it's quite interesting to see such a dramatic turn of the tides in the way an opinion is portrayed in the last couple of days. It's quite intriguing to me. I don't really care if the American side denies it I just feel bad that the Europeans are taking the brunt end of it. Honestly just let it go. Somebody made a comment about sore loser and sore winners which I disagree with but no matter it's your opinion. To win the MXoN you have to have talent without a doubt but you also have to have GOOD luck. America ran out of the good fortunes. France ran out of the good fortune last year in the final Moto. The same can be said for Germany in 2010 and each time America was the one to pick up the pieces. I could be more frustrated because here we go touching my biggest pet peeve again but I'm not picking a fight but simply saying my point of view. Sorry to you all that are about to disagree with my word but frankly, my level of caring doesn't necessarily exist for people who I know were singing a different tune some time before now.
