Gahhhhh mines been going since noon...my campus seems like its limiting my bandwidth. If I pause the download, and then un-pause it, it goes from 1.3mbs and drops quickly down to 50-120kbps. SOOO frustrating. Is there any possible way around this? Its pissing me off horribly

i can link you to a LEGAL torrent for preload purposes or even side download if you have received your key. Not gonna post it on here though for sake of rules etc....so find me on vent or pm or something. (torrent runs faster i think since the whole world is gunna collapse EA / Origin)

Well, I cant download any torrents either, they somehow totally blocked them from downloading.

I just dont get, how when I pause-unpause I get speeds up to 1200kbs, then it drops so quick to lower than 100kbps. What could be causing this? Obviously the speed is there, its just not letting me use it =?

I just got back from an hour long lecture, and it moved only 2 percent?! I check the speed, and its going 7kbps. WTFF.

I don't really care enough about the game to get the beta, I'll probably get it a little while after it comes out, will be interesting to see how people's computers handle it too.

consoles are limiting the development of PC games, because of the market. Very few companies will strictly invest in making a PC stand alone game to profit off and honestly i see there point. I think bf3 and other games could have taken further steps but it could not handle the port back to a console.

It sucks that it will still be awhile until new consoles come out. To me the game feels like medal of honor.

anyone paying attenting to Bf3 PR guys just got a sweet deal... they just released a temporary password to UNLOCK Caspian Border *which was snuck in and locked in the beta i guess* There gunna be releasing another password for the next wave of people here sometime soon. Also Caspian Border is not the largest map in the full game....soooo... hmmm

Gotten about 4 keys for people so far, make a account then contact them and look up battlefield 3 then under a sub menu accounts go to promotions... wait in line to talk to a rep. State that you were a Alpha Tester and never got your key for the beta. They'll give it to you.
