Re: MXdN Predictions
After todays GP I think we all have a good indication how good the GP riders are compared to the AMA riders. Roczen take's 2nd place today.
I was untill today for 100% sure that Belgium could go for a win. But right now I'm only thinking usa, usa, usa.
BUT
I do not think that anybody can beat Herlings in Lommel, not Dungey, Not Barcia, Not Cairoli, not even Everts on his best days.

Maybe, MAYBE he can beat Barcia and Bagget at Lommel. Dungey? I don't see it happenin'.scheeve3 wrote: I do not think that anybody can beat Herlings in Lommel, not Dungey, Not Barcia, Not Cairoli, not even Everts on his best days.
Re: MXdN Predictions
He wins the italian GP that is super hard packed by 20 seconds. Then on "his" soil sand, he wins by over 2 minutes. Last year he managed to beat your champ Villopoto on a hardpacked track... Yeah you get where im goingFunny Comeback wrote:Maybe, MAYBE he can beat Barcia and Bagget at Lommel. Dungey? Re: MXdN Predictions
I'm not saying he will win though, but I expect him to.
Always fun to speculate before the races. only 1 week left!

Re: MXdN Predictions
Herlins defenatly can beat Dungey on a sand track!!!... the point is herlings is not a bit better on sand tracks he is much much better on that kind of tracks.... I dont think that germany will make a top 3 but we have a good chance this year.... with nagl showing that he still gots speed with roczen as our... just roczen:D and Schiffer as our Mx Masters Champ:)
I hope that america will not win this year!!! nothing against you but you guys win every time!!!

Herlings beated villopoto, last year in st jeanFunny Comeback wrote:KTM57 wrote:Well, he is known as the world's premier sand rider, but it's not like that matters or anything. MURKA
Yeah, in Europe.
Bagget and Barcia are unbelievable sand riders as well. Indeed Herlings is fast as hell, but I don't see him beating Dungey. <=====PERIOD
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like Europeans every year find something to hope for and it always seems to blow up in their faces.

Re: MXdN Predictions
Just wait till the actual race, things might happen totally different then you think, who knows.
Re: MXdN Predictions
Haha have you seen Herlings ride in the sand? On vurbmoto they said Herlings is fast but he crashed in moto 1 Gp Lommel 2011 and only won because Roczen crashed but they didn't say that he won second moto by 40 seconds on Roczen.Funny Comeback wrote:Baboobeats wrote:Am i the only one who dosent count this as a team race? i just wanna see how mutch faster herlings is gonna be.
And why is everyone putting cairoli so high? he has been my favorite racer for years but he has gotten slow compared to the other riders.
Lol what makes you think Herlings is gonna smoke everyone? Including Dungey or Barcia?
watch this this will maybe make you understand why he will win

Re: MXdN Predictions
USA will win overall, but no one will match herlings in speed. it will be an exiting race for sure!
Yes thats what ive been thinking aswell, herlings will have alot of pressure and expectations. usually when the europeans takes the lead they get nervous and wreck for some reason haha (Atleast the previus races)Kawasakis wrote:Just wait till the actual race, things might happen totally different then you think, who knows.
Okay it sounded (does sound) like im talking about every american. But you have to admit that atleast 70% are too cocky, confident and ignorant.rideblue56 wrote:Implying Europeans aren't just as cocky. lololBaboobeats wrote:I just hate you americans being cocky as hell. we all europeans do.
Re: MXdN Predictions
Is the only place you can watch it is at mx-life?

You say this, and yet Roczen had well over a 30 second lead on Bagget but he still reeled him in , passed him, and smoked him at multiple rounds including a sand track, Southwick

Now of course, Southwick isn't the same sand as Lommel, but it's still some sand.
We can all argue who will be the fastest, I say the USA boys, others say Herlings, but it's pretty clear in my mind that USA will be the champion once again.
But, who knows? Stranger things have happened.
