Worst I've had was a spain ankle, but that was off of a trampoline.

Really that's it, worst part about it... I shouldn't have been out there on the trampoline.

They had bribed me to go to my sister gymnatics practice and we'd go out to eat later. Went and laughed the whole time at every little kid that feel down. The teacher got mad, told me to shut up or put up. Went down to show them how its done hit the trampoline to do my frontflip missed the padding, landed on the regular floor which then dropped off to concrete(maybe 5 inch drop). Triped going down that ledge , luckily I didn't fall and somewhat stuck it. I walked as quick as I could back then limped for the rest of the week.

where do you race downhill? what kind of bike do you have? i race the mountain states cup and ride a 09 trek session 88. my worst is a broken collarbone and concussion, and i seem to be really good at spraining my ankle. thats why i threw down and bought tech tens. ive had other broken bones but not dirt biking...

I raced in the northeast- Diablo, Plattekill, Mt. Snow, Sunday River, Jiminy Peak, etc. I was riding an '04 IronHorse SGS, but sold that once I got some sponsors and went all out and bought an IronHorse Sunday World Cup. Then I went out and got an Evil DOC for some 4x races, but now it's just for dirtjumping and street.

ive broken my back in one crash and thats got to be the worst.. but the most in one crash would have to be the start when i got t-boned and hit some haybails and flipped head on into a light pole.. i broke my hand in three place 2 fingers arm 2 ribs and rebroke my right knee(i hit a wall in an arenacross race and broke it ) and a concussion

all i did was bruise my tailbone for about a month. was ridin a RM 125, jumped a step up, landed on the back tire. landed so hard it made me fall back and since i was holdin on so hard i accidently gassed it and then fell 'bou 10ft to my arse

i broke my thumb then the day the doctor said I could ride I went riding and about an hour in I wrecked bad. broke my foot in 3 places a possible 4 chipped the bone and bruised the bone in my ankle and thats where im at now

Ohh yeh i have been in hospital for 1 week because i crashed on my BMX and there was carpet on the down ramp and i did a face skid lol, it fucked me up so i dont really ride no more.
