actually what helps is bi carb soda you mix a teaspoon into water have that the night before and one in the morning and it thins your blood out.. Only problem is if you have a big crash and wreck your insides you die because you bleed out easier.
All kidding aside, after about 2 hours my hands cramp up pretty bad...like 6-8 months ago I couldn't got 15 minutes in a race without then locking up but I've been riding a lot lately so I don't ride as tight anymore. You'd be amazed at how much that helps, not really "gripping" with your hands, just stabilizing yourself. I use my legs a lot for grip though. But, I ride standing up like 90% of the time.
i ride mostly with my legs too.. But when you're doing a 20 minute moto at full pace i get worn out.. If you can ride 2hrs before wearing out you're not going hard enough.. Youn should run out of fuel by then...

Harescrambles are 2+ hours...
You don't have to stop with a big tank either. I can run a 20 minute moto at full pace (isn't that fast for me, I suck at MX) and still not be worn out...maybe you're not in shape?

I've won lots of harescrambles in Canada, I wasn't as tired as a 20 min moto.
